Do I need a credit card to sign up?
You do not need a credit card to get started. Payment is made only when you are ready to upgrade. Signing up is free to start with.
How do I terminate the service if I do not need it anymore?
Direct options to downgrade or terminate services are available in the control panel. Kindly note that no refund will be provided for annual plans.
What are the payment options?
You can choose to pay monthly or yearly by bank transfer or cheque. There will be a $600 discount accorded for all annual plans. Renewals are auto-billed.
How do I upgrade the plan for my Company?
Upgrading is easy and can be done from your control panel by choosing the ‘Upgrade’ option.
What are the scope of the advisory plans?
For the Essential Plan, we provide advisory support on questions relating to the Employment Act, and HR operational issues that your company faces. For example, if an employee goes AWOL, what is the next step of action your company should take? The Premium Plan covers all services provided by the Essential Plan, with the inclusion of 4 HR letters or memos per month. Consultancy fees for your HR practices, and design of policies are not included in the plans. Please speak to our consultant if you require these added services.
